With an ongoing focus on customer support, Almac Pacific are excited to commence in-house parts distribution operations, based out of our Victorian facility in Pakenham.

Almac’s parts distribution centre (PDC) will be fully operational starting 21 February 2022, with assured continuity in servicing the parts needs of our customers, nation-wide. This service will ensure high-demand parts are in stock and available for time-critical needs.

Almac parts will continue to be available via our dealers United Equipment (Australia), and Youngman Richardson (NZ), as well as directly from our new PDC. We will continue evolving PDC capabilities, supported by our dealers, with a focus on:

  • > 90% first-time fill rate
  • Multiple delivery options
  • Dedicated parts call centre
  • Order status and tracking options
  • Competitive pricing
  • Specials & promotions
  • OEM parts with warranty
  • Online spare parts ordering (Available from mid-2022)

“In addition to reduced delivery times, having OEM parts conveniently located at your local branch, with extra storage capacity and automated systems, ensures a simplified ordering process that contributes to an overall cost saving for our customers”, said Bob Mules, general manager for Almac Pacific. Backed by a 12-month warranty, Almac spare parts are thoroughly tested by our technical engineers, ensuring optimal productivity, less downtime and maximum resale value of your equipment.

Online ordering capabilities are expected to go live from mid-2022. Customers can order parts via Almac’s dedicated parts phone number 1300 CRAWLR (1300 272 957) and/or via email parts@wordpress-913267-3223714.cloudwaysapps.com.
