Where can I find spare parts for my equpiment?

With an ongoing focus on customer support, Almac Pacific operate a parts distribution centre (PDC) from its Pakenham, Victoria facility, ensuring high-demand parts are in stock and available for time-critical needs.

Thanks to our Australia and New Zealand-wide dealer network, we're also able to stock spare parts locally, which means less time getting the part fitted onto your aerial work platform. Our dealer networks have warehouses spread across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring you have the part as soon as practical, significantly reducing any possible downtime.

Our Warranty for your peace of mind.

AlmaCrawler offers a 12-month factory warranty on all aerial work platforms including Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts and Spider Lifts, which covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Operational faults
  • Faults in the manufacturing materials

     

The warranty is valid from the date of delivery to the final customer.

Specifically, the warranty covers the repair of hydraulic and/or mechanical type faults caused by unexpected and accidental defects in one or more components.  The warranty service is valid and recognised at all our our local partners United Equipment and Youngman Richardson & Co as well as authorised service centres throughout both countries.
